- This list of excluded properties may change at any time without notice.
- Available for 3-night stays only between 9th September and 20th December 2024 EXCLUDING September School Holidays and the Melbourne Cup Long Weekend.
- Special offer is not available where the 3rd night of the stay falls on a Friday or Saturday evening.
- Book 3 nights and pay the 2-night rate plus applicable booking fees.
- Special must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retrospectively applied to existing bookings.
